CD Calendar Kits: Our CD Calendar Kits may be used to create flattened calendars that you give as gifts. Photographers may give/sell flattened photo/calendar images to clients (please credit Heather Ann Designs when possible). Stamp demonstrators may use printed CD Calendar pages during demonstrations as long as they direct customers to www.heatheranndesigns.com to purchase additional calendars. Printed calendars may not be shared or sold outside of demonstrations. (No additional license is required for photographers or demonstrators that follow these terms of use.) Printed calendars may not be sold in their original form under any circumstance.

Cards/birth announcements: I do not allow the use of my products to create and sell cards, invitations, or birth announcements, as I plan to offer these products on my site in the future. Using my products to create cards, invitations, or birth announcements for personal use is allowed (and encouraged :)

Web design/blogs: You are welcome to use my products in the design of your website or blog as long as your site does not sell products that compete with those sold at www.heatheranndesigns.com. (Please credit Heather Ann Designs when possible.)

Photographers: My products may be used to create flattened items (photo and product combined) that you sell to individual clients with no additional license required. (Please credit Heather Ann Designs when possible.)

Scrappers for hire: My products may be used to create flattened digital scrapbook pages (photo and layout combined) that you sell to customers with no additional license required. (Please credit Heather Ann Designs when possible.)

Blog designers: My products may be used to create flattened blog pieces that you sell to customers with no additional license required. No individual HAD product pieces should be sold or shared. (Please credit Heather Ann Designs when possible.)
